Changed since 5.0.14: Spire (150/150 and 66 seconds, from 200/200 and 71); Viking (125/75, from 150/75); Ghost (2 supply and Light, from 3 supply; 5.0.16 made it 3 again for a few weeks, and its second hotfix put it back to 2)
